The room was spacious and comfortable. Close to metro station and eateries.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The room was well sized and comfortable for the price, the staff were always helpful, and the hotel itself is gorgeous.
Sometimes there could be odd smells around the hotel, but that's probably more part of the city itself than the hotel.

Soft Beds, Clean Rooms, Nice Location - 5 min to subway, 15 min to Courfour, 1 subway station to Zoo, 5 station to city centre.
Didn't expect 500 deposit at check-in. Didn't expect 15% service fee of all price at check out.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel's location was very convenient, with a metro station close by and several nice places to eat within walking distance. The proximity to public transportation and dining options made it easy to navigate the city and find a delicious meal without too much effort.
One major disappointment was the lack of English-speaking staff. It was frustrating and difficult to communicate with the reception and guest relations, especially when I needed information or assistance.

We greatly enjoyed this hotel that seems to cater primarily to business people and conventions. We booked two rooms that were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower worked very well and it included a bathtub. The staff spoke some English and were very helpful and considerate. Taxis are usually waiting at the door and the metro station is only 10 minutes away. Free bottled water was provided every day.
The carpets in both rooms were absolutely filthy. Everything else is clean, but the carpets need to be replaced (and then cleaned ... regularly!). Having traveled a bit in China, we always avoided the Chinese breakfast buffet. Maybe some day they will offer western-style breakfast but for now our advice is to bring some instant coffee and find some pastries in a bakery. There is a great (very modern) one on your way back from the metro that also has some suitable picnic fare!

Relatively cheap and clean for a 4star hotel
Hotel should be able to know when the customer is inside the room, do not disturb them especially in the morning, and know when they leave - to clean the rooms after they leave the rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was very impressed. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. The location of this place is excellent, as it is conveniently close to a beautiful park with lakes and also just a short walk away from the metro station. It made exploring the city so much easier for me.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. This place exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and service.

Fairly affordable, clean enough.
My non-smoking room occasionally smelled of smoke. The central A/C clearly circulated smoke from other areas of the hotel.
